On Sunday 23 June, the 12 noon Mass at St Joseph’s was celebrated this year on the grass pitch of St Joseph’s GAC. The date selected as with previous years was the Sunday nearest mid – summer. This was the fourth year for this Parish event, and we were once again blessed with a dry day. This event has grown in popularity with attendance increasing year on year.
Thank you to St Joseph’s GAC for hosting the Mass and providing the refreshments afterwards and to Ballymacricket P.S. for the platform. Thank you to David McBride who provided the sound system and the choice of music, all the parishioners who helped with the celebrations and not forgetting those who attended the Mass and refreshments afterwards.
