A beautiful morning enjoyed by all, with the blessing of the Crewe Burn at Lyles Bridge, Glen Road, Glenavy by Canon McBride. Canon McBride was joined by P7 pupils from Ballymacrickett Primary School, their teacher, classroom assistants and parishioners. The theme of this year’s Season of Creation is ‘To Hope and Act with Creation’. The blessing of the Crewe Burn was symbolic of the blessing of all rivers and burns throughout the island of Ireland.
